AI-generated content should be reviewed and customized before deployment to ensure accuracy and appropriateness

Course Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of courses you create using CourseWriter platform and tools
Generated content includes elements from our AI training but your specific courses belong to you
Platform technology, AI models, and software infrastructure remain B-Systems intellectual property
Respect third-party copyrights when creating courses - users responsible for content compliance

Account Responsibilities & Usage

Users responsible for maintaining account security and protecting login credentials
Accurate organization and billing information required for subscription and course export services
Prohibited activities include sharing accounts, reverse engineering AI models, or platform abuse
Account termination may occur for violations of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services

Subscription & Billing Terms

Subscription plans billed monthly or annually based on selected plan and course generation limits
Free trial includes full Professional plan features for 14 days with no credit card required
Course generation limits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over to next billing period
Cancellation allowed anytime with access continuing through end of current billing period

LMS Export & Integration

Course export functionality provided for integration with supported LMS platforms and formats
Export compatibility guaranteed for listed platforms but LMS-specific issues outside our control
Users responsible for LMS platform compliance, student privacy, and institutional requirements
Custom export development available for Enterprise plans with additional service agreements
